USER ELIGILIBILITY

To register, use the Services, or visit or use the Website in any manner, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. By registering, visiting, and using the Website, or accepting this Agreement, you are confirming and warranting to MANOURJA that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you possess the legal right, authority, and capacity to use the Website and the Services offered through it, and agree to comply with this Agreement. Please note that MANOURJA also provides services for minors, but it is mandatory for the Guardian to register with MANOURJA in their own name, and then a minor can avail our services, as long as the minor is accompanied by the Guardian at all times while using our services.

NATURE OF SERVICE

MANOURJA is an online platform focused on mental health and holistic well-being, providing Users with the ability to connect with authorized counselor who offer various Services on the Website, including but not limited to mental wellness training and certificate programs on different subjects related with human behavior and social work. All counselor on the Website undergo screening and possess degree/diploma/certificate, which can be viewed on their profile pages. The Services offered by MANOURJA include, but are not limited to: (a) Online counseling services provided by expert counselor authorized by MANOURJA; (b) Webinars/workshops perform by expert of field (c) Participation in User forums, replies, comments, feedbacks, blogs, and other submissions on the Website (d) Face-to-face counseling sessions at MANOURJA counseling center. All Services provided by MANOURJA are in compliance with the User anonymity and confidentiality policies as outlined in the Privacy Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or delete any products or Services without prior notification. The above-mentioned Services are collectively referred to as the "Services" delivered by the Company to Users on the Website.

User Responsibility:
